Very nice work! I haven't got any personal experience on using photoshop, so I can't unfortunately judge how difficult some parts are to make with that software, but I'll try to give some feedback to you. Nice job on the shadowing, the light source is emphasized enough with the position of the shadows. Muscles are also nicely presented with the shadowing you did here. Though, the shadowing on the wings seems a bit off, you should check that out. Highlights are well made here as well, giving the scales a shiny, sleek look. Details on the horns and the head are well made with different parts of the head, like the eye socket, highlighted with differentiating scale patterns. You could have made the grass bend a bit at the spots where it is int contact with the body and the joints to bring a sense of weight to the dragon. Otherwise Nice job!
