Description
So the Ducktales reboot had a pretty good premiere episode, and I can't wait until next month when more episodes are on the way. But given my high hopes for Ducktales to be something really special, you can imagine that I'm extra hyped at the mere possibility that its success can bring other Disney reboots. First of all, I think it's essential that they reboot Darkwing Duck, I know it's already been confirmed that the first season of Ducktales will have an episode where Darkwing Duck makes an appearance, but that's not enough, he needs his own reboot. Also, Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers, which you can imagine thinking about compelled me to draw Gadget. And since we're discussing Disney reboots, which by nature of being reboots have characters that are reimagined, here's my idea of what a rebooted Gadget could look like, in an alternate universe where parent groups don't complain about absolutely everything of course. Since Chip and Dale wear outfits in the old show reminiscent of a treasure hunter and a detective from other media, Indiana Jones and Magnum P.I., I felt as though it would be appropriate that a sexy reimagining of Gadget should have an outfit based on a sexy inventor from other media, and based this costume on Keira from Jak and Daxter, with her old jumpsuit's color scheme. I'll admit, I think it suits her better than I initially thought it would. But in all seriousness though, if they both rebooted Rescue Rangers and were allowed to do something like this, I think I'd still prefer that she kept the jumpsuit, this was just for fun.
