Description
The lineart and the finished pic for the 'fingers on lips' Doctor Who pic in my gallery.The lineart was drawn freehand and then enhanced using Picture It! and Paint Shop Pro before using PSP to block in the colours.
It's only my second attempt at any digital art so I'm pretty pleased with how this came out.
