this is Xstar scythe and Xstar sword both custom black blades passed down from a threatening generation that has been deceased or so the marines though platnum D. justice is the current wielder of these weapons but after his parents were killed by the marines because they worked in a dangerous business that was also the family business, after 58 years the marines finally found there secret island and took out every person that was there but the marine seen an unusual fire at a building and assumed whomever was there died from the fire, or its what they assumed.
