Vespertine D. Betty is the user of the yagama devil fruit, the user can turn into a hybrid and full form of the mythical bird yagama that controls black lightning, the user can also use black lighting while in human form as well.

First move: [half form] shadow bolt pillar (the user turns into a half form state and fire the feathers toward the enemy and surround them allowing black lighting to track the feathers and create somewhat of a lighting barrier.)

Second move: [full form] Dark Zal extrodun (the user transforms into the complete version of yagama and does a cyclone spinning to the enemy while charging a black lighting energy ball)

Third move: thunder twist cataclysm (charge a large amount of dark electric energy into your hand and rotating continually becoming a mini thunderstorm and launch to the enemy's face.)
