Milk is a no go,
My skin goes all itchy and I feel terrible, like a constant stomach cramps... not nice
But I have lacto free milk.. it tastes so much better, and is better for me
I'm OKish with chocolate...
too much can make me sick, but a small snack once a day is managable.
Also I'm not much of a yoghurt person myself so that doesn't get in the way.
And I have this special type of ice cream that I love,
but i can be tempted by "Ben and jerry's" sometimes.
Buts its all really about moderation, just being sensible and not eating anything on its own

ahh one of my bbfls made me the most awesomest baked potatoe in my freaking life
he hollowed it slightly, so there was a decent sized hole in the middle, put nachos, cheese, salsa and put it in the oven and served it with that cream stuff
i was crying with the deliciousness of it
and also it was really really hot from the oven
