it is natural that Hz Cosmic apear to other skins, because there are a lot ยกยกยก
check the most-download-skins you can see that they are very liked: tentacles... metal textures... etc...

I agree with ahmed, the minibrowser is still skinned with the basic skin... Too bad you didn't skin that too...... But besides that it's a hell of a skin !

Yeah, the layout and color scheme ring a bell, but this looks quite good. All that many insets are a little annoying though.
This is a pretty solid work, and excellent for a second skin.
