Oooh, it reminds me of this Superhero AU fanfic I read on fanfiction.net a while back. Matt, being the only one without powers in a family of superheroes, became a sort of hero himself and he was dressed up kind of like this. It was really well written, hopefully they update soon.
But yes, this is really good! The way the snow and the moon is glowing sets a great atmosphere, and his outfit looks very badass. Oh, and his stoic expression--! *sigh* <3

Lol, now there's something to do with his invisibility that I'm sure Canada never thought about. Your Ninja Mattie looks pretty awesome I must say; I love his contemplative, if somewhat quiet, expression - very nice. The moon glowing behind him is also a lovely feature, it really helps to accentuate the character and the image. Of course the snow and leaves falling is just the icing on the cake
