Introducing:Cicero (Whisper)
Yet another character to add to the ever growing family!
Yes... you have seen this lineart before!
(ahem *cough* lazy *cough*)

Name: Cicero
Pronounced: Sis-eh-row
Gender: Female
Age: Ageless
Species: Unicorn
Personality: Shy, Withdrawn, Retiring, Caring, Patient, Logical, Loyal.
Power: Cicero is able to speak to those long past in order to help those in present day. Her markings indicate the presence of lost souls and her talisman glows a pale blue and pulsates with the beating of her tireless heart.
Her 'job' as it were, is to aid lost souls in completing their unfinished business and guide them on beyond their limbo. As you can see... in addition, her hooves glow- the marks left on the ground remain glowing for some time but can not be seen by any mortal... They are a guide to those in limbo who follow her lead.
