Lindsay Wagner got the sleepy treatment a few times in her show, and some of them are quite nice.
In this scene, she goes to the salon to get her hair done, and the villain has some sort of hypnotic in the shampoo. So as he lathers her hair, she begins to start dazing and relaxing. She ends up spilling her secrets, but not before her eyes glaze and flutter and slowly blink in an effort to fight off the drug.
