Description
Dr. Deviant was a character I created for when the scenario called for a scientist, but the method felt a little too strange for the Hypno Lord to do. So I decided to make a mad (or madder) scientist character who would go to those over the top levels when other characters wouldn't. He had a couple of first appearances that were all scrapped, mostly it was because of the dissatisfaction with the request he appeared in and as such those were removed. Because of this I had to remake Dr. Deviant several times, there was even a point where I considered not keeping the character around, but eventually the character finally stood out during his official first appearance "The Walking Slime ", and has stuck around ever since. His experiments have only gotten weirder as time went on! Enjoy!

Name: Michelle Stew Pitt

Aliases/Nicknames: Dr. Deviant, Mic, Cue Ball and Dr. Dingbat.

Age: 30

Personality: Intelligent, impatient, constantly looking for validation, arrogant, careless, insecure about many things (his lack of hair, height, and his real name to name a few), often comes up with harebrained schemes that have very little forethought, and quickly angered when humiliated.

Likes: Laughing maniacally, mad science, testing his experiments, praise, money, women, overly complicated schemes, robots, seeing his plans successful, and villainous monologues.

Dislikes: Failure, being tormented by his unfortunate name, being bald, being short, being ignored, being outclassed, and being insulted.

Background: Dr. Deviant was born with the unfortunate name, Michelle Pitt, due to his drunken father misspelling the name "Michael". His name made him a target for bullying, including his middle and last name which when put together sounded like "Stupid" (Stew-Pitt). Enraged by the mocking, Mic would strive to prove he was better than all of them and plunged head first into science. Though through his years of education, his science projects would often blow up in his face (sometimes quite literally) which would make him the subject to more mocking. Despite that, Mic studied hard and managed to at least graduate a University with a Doctorate, though thanks to his many failures he was a laughing stock to the scientific community. This last part finally made Mic snap and under the name Dr. Deviant, he vowed revenge on everyone who ever mocked him. Building a giant Mind Control Wave Emitter, Dr. Deviant took over the University he worked for and had them all destroy their own work. It was all finally coming together...until his poor planning made the machine he built crumble under its own weight. He was then ran out of town, but vowed "even more revenge like you've never seen"! Soon after Dr. Deviant was offered a spot into the Legion of Hypnosis when they caught wind of the Mind Control Wave Emitter incident. Finally free to work on the strange projects he always lived for, Dr. Deviant spends his time hatching strange plans in the pursuit of wealth, power, and the recognition he believes he deserves!
