The Scenario is thus: Reimu and Marisa were told about an incident involving this school how normal girls go in and aren't seen again so they decided to investigate but Marisa went to see if she could "Borrow" some of their books. Little did they know that as soon as they entered the building they were quickly overwhelmed and became some new "Students"
