So I'll just say that I'm slowly catching up on RWBY, buy that being said...I'm almost certain Salem can't actually do what she's doing in this picture. I just thought it'd be a cool idea if Salem tried to take control of Ruby for a new piece is all. I added a few effects to the dark powers in Photopea for a little extra "oomph" in the look.
