Well since all my other Superhero ocs got bio pics, I decided to do some for the new ones too! Enjoy!

Code Name: Superstar

Real Name: Karen Conrad (AKA: Kari-Col)

Age: 22

Personality: Optimistic, kind, hopeful, compassionate, humble, sometimes socially awkward, pretends to be klutzy when in civilian clothes.

Abilities/Powers: Super strength, super speed, invulnerability, flight, enhanced hearing and sight, infrared vision, and "Nova vision"!

Backstory:Kari-Col was born on a distant world known as Nova. The "Novans" were a peaceful race known for their technological prowess, but those peaceful days wouldn't last forever. Their neighboring planet, Shado, declared war on Nova and the two planets fought for years until both planets became unstable. A lone scientist had foreseen this to happen, but was too late to stop it. Fortunately she had started making a ship, but with the time she had left, there was only enough time to make it big enough to hold her infant daughter, Kari. Deciding she didn't want her daughter to suffer on this doomed world, she finished the shuttle and launched the baby to the next civilized planet where she'd be safe. The ship was knocked off course during the destruction of Nova and Shado and ended up crash landing on a much further planet, Earth!
Kari was found in Indiana by an old astronaut and his grandson, who at first was going to turn the child in, but after seeing that the child was all alone and wouldn't have been understood by anyone else, he decided to raise the baby as his own. Growing up as Karen Conrad, the child had a pretty normal childhood. It wasn't until she hit puberty that Karen began to experience abilities that nobody else on Earth had! Her Grandpa told her of her heritage and told her to keep it secret so that she'd be safe from those who'd fear her. So Karen spent years trying not to let anyone know that she had powers, afraid that everyone would hate her for it. It wasn't until she saw the Valiant Guild form for the first time that she felt inspired, that these powers could help people. So she practiced, it took a lot of time until she felt she could properly control them, but when she did she knew this was what she was meant to do! To the outside world she is just Karen Conrad, a normal timid writer for "Ultra News", the biggest news site operating out of Ultrapolis, but secretly she is the defender of the innocent known as Superstar!
