The cat's out of the bag! The landlords got the full rundown on what is going on with Project Delta from Silvanus' own trusted assistant! As luck would have it, however, they agreed to allow it to go unhindered provided that it is the only project made in such a manner and is constantly monitored at all times for safety sake. What's more, however, is that Silvanus has caught word that ALL of the other R&D companies have halted development for the sake of pursuing a goal that could ultimately put anything he could create into obscurity, and he most certainly won't have this...
