NOTE: I did not make this mod, I just found it on game banana.For some reason it works for Portal Reloaded and Aperture tag (But not thinking with time machines :/)
The following steps will be below here.

1. So first you want to unpack the file (Requires WinRAR)
2. Then open the folder the and copy "Pak02_dir.vpk".
Next open portal 2, reloaded, or tag. (OS: > Program files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > (Pick one of the portal 2 mods), Portal2_dlc.
3. And just paste it there and it should work. THIS ONLY WORKS FOR P2, PR, AND APT
