In Lab Gear Ortho's vignette, Ortho helps Silver after he hurts his ankle while at the Equestrian Club. The reason why Ortho treats Silver is because the Nurse wasn't in the infirmary at the time. So how would Nurse Minerva fit into this? Well it would go something this:

After leaving her office for a quick errand to Mr. Sam's shop, Nurse Minerva happened to stay there for a bit longer that she anticipated. Sam is the only staff member of the school she has a legitimate friendship with because they understand each other. So she got carried away as time slipped by.

As she walked back to the main school building, Nurse Minerva sighs as she assumes it will be another boring day in the infirmary, full of paperwork and students pretending to be sick to get out of school. That was until she heard and saw something that puzzled her; The Sophomore Diasomnia student, Silver being chased around the school by Ortho Shroud, the younger robotic brother of the Ignihyde Housewarden, Idia Shroud. She noticed by the look on Silver's face and his yelling, he was in distress and, if she didn't intervene, he would be run ragged by the young boy and not perform his duties in his dorm. She then quickly caught up to the two boys and asked what the commotion was about. Silver and Ortho described both sides of their story, with Silver standing, almost hiding, behind Nurse Minerva as she held her hand out to keep Ortho at bay.

"This kid is gonna put me out of a job one day." Nurse Minerva thought after hearing them out. She then gave a loud sigh and explained to Ortho that, though she doesn't mind him treating students when she isn't present, he has to learn to control himself when it comest to the gadgets he was built with by his brother. Especially when it comes at the expense of other students.

Ortho understood her and apologized to Silver for going overboard. Silver was relieved and forgave him as long as he remembers what she told him. The boys then went their separate ways, and Nurse Minerva walked back to the infirmary, now rubbing her temples and laughing uncontrollably from the event she just saw and experienced.
