Traumatized by sights of brutality on the blood soaked streets of a terrorist attack, Miles Webberstan salvaged an old mask found on a corpse the morning after the attack. Now an orphan he has learned the art violence as he grew up allied with the speed and strength required to Vindicate (Slaughter) those who are impure (Corrupt). He is the Vindicator, and he has gone completely insane.
