This picture is from an episode "Phantom from the edge of time" of Spiderman 67 animated series but reimagined with the MCU versions of the character. The villain of that episode, Dr Manta, is substituted with The Red Skull from Infinity War and Endgame, because Dr Manta does not exist in the MCU. I thought it would be cool to reinterpret some old Spiderman images in the MCU style but it still retains its 1960s animation style.
