females are rare but once one is born it cannibalizes the male siblings, they live alone and are bigger and much more dangerous than the males who live in packs and hunt together. the females are blind but have better hearing smelling than males, once the male is mature its tail glows red and produces a pheromone that attracts the female, but the males always try to escape since the mating is risky and often end up with the male losing his life.
