Powers
Ice Cap possesses the superhuman ability to argument and absorb moisture into the cells of his body. When this occurs Alex is able to freeze his inner body tissues into solid ice without harm to himself. When Ice Cap’s inner body tissues are frozen he becomes immune to the subzero temperatures around him and will immense off extremely cold ice from his body. In addition Ice Cap can control and manipulate ice into just about any form he imagines. His most commonly used creations include blasts, walls, slides, and cages.

Ice Cap’s original body temperature is constant at 36 degrees Fahrenheit. The constant low temperature is what gives Ice Cap’s eyes that crystal blue color. When actively using his powers, ice will completely take over his pupil. After Ice Cap’s body reaches a certain cold his initial vision will convert into thermal vision. When this occurs Ice Cap will see things by how much heat it gives off in the infrared spectrum.

Recently while training his powers, Ice Cap was able to use the cool air currents his body gave off to jolt himself into the air. Although Ice Cap’s powers are still in there earliest stages it has become apparent that if Ice Cap ever truly un-taps his potential there’s no telling what he’ll be capable of.

Personality
Alex is a cool, calm, collective individual with a style of his own. He is well received by his friends and has a natural cool vibe to him. He is really mature given his age and hardly ever shows signs of fear. Alex is extremely brave, and does whatever is needed to get the job done. He is devastatingly honest and won’t shy away from anything.

Likes: Surfing, hanging out with friends, adventure

Dislikes: Mutant activists, being tamed

Skills Outlook
Extremely well survival skills and knowledge of the earth. Ice Cap has also shown some leadership qualities. Time will only tell if he’ll ever truly develop them, right now the only things that seem to be holding back from doing so is he age and maturity.
