Though Grey dragons and Fear dragons do have some interesting names. Something that differs from normal dragon tradition

(Dammit every time I try to add something more to Spirit I always end up thinking: "Wait, that's me". Idk I don't know if you've tired to have a character who is a lot like you and sometimes it feels like it's YOU in the story andΒ they do not feel like their own person. I guess it's because that when I try to add something that isn't me, I feel like it defeats the pourpose of being a persona. but for what I know, you personality doesn't have to allign with the persona itself)

Spirit: They really are. Places with loud noises is very overwelhming, or at least to me...
(It's actually very common to find at least one part of yourself, wether that be big or small, in one of your characters. There's nothing wrong with it, ask litterally any author and they'll most likely answer that they see a part of themselves in at least ONE character)
(I mean, Balloon may be as far away from me as possible, and yet he's still a food lover, which I am)
(I'm thinking of maybe making Spirit a more socially awkward and silent around others, though if you get them to talk they'll talk forever)
(Which is a more over exaterated version of myself)
(another one of my characters that are an over exaterated version of me is Sesa. For the longest time I felt like she was a self insert, and being bombarded with the same thought of "self inserts are bad" I worried a lot about it. Apparently having an overexaterated version of yourself can still count as a self insertion.
So I looked into it and began to think more about Sesa's life and see her in a critical light and soon began to see her as not a self insert as I developed her. While I still sometiems gives her traits that I later realize fit on me as well, she feels like she still isn't me. So now it doesn't feel like I'm talking to my own characters (which is very awkward for some reason)
(Though when I look back at the old Sesa and the refs I made for her, I see how much me she was. I mean she's still close to me and does have insecurities like my own, but at least she's her own character now, despite how close we are)
(I mean, the critiria for self inserts are: they look like you, which Sesa is a dragon and she's blue soo..., the have the same hobbies as you, Sesa enjoys flying, which if I had wings I think I would do too, though otherwise I don't think she'll be able to sit still long enough to make a drawing, wears the same clothing as you, again, Sesa doesn't really prefer to wear clothes, has the same hairstyle as you, Sesa is a dragon, and if she was a human her hair would be spikey, I think, they have the same personality as you, She's kinda an over the top version of me, enjoying adventure a lot more than me, talks much more than me, has a shorter attentionspan than me, overthinks a lot more than I do, she's "possesed" by a sadistic dragon, I can certainly say I do not have that, rarely runs out of energy, which I can certainly say that I do, and it sucks, and have a divorced family, which I do not)

(Ahhh I love her! she's precious! OwO and I agree with that too. ^^ I designed Jokullinn to have my anger, manipulativeness, and craziness. Kaldur has my sort of calmer and laid back personality, Jofullinn is my socially awkward leader, and Jomandi is more of the traumatized cinnamon roll. I honestly don't see a lot of Jomandi in me, but I still love him a lot as a character. ^^)Β

(I love a lot of my other characters as well. They're like my children. I also have the idea that I can't really sell one off if I've gotten too attached to them. So I'll just tell myself to think of three traits and force myself not to think about them and tell myself that they're going to be sold off.)
(That way I'm prepared for it.)
(Though there has also been times where a character was going to be an adopt, but I've loved them too much and kept them. Like these two:

Spirit: Well that's great! Yeah, there really isn't when you look at the grand scheme of things, but sometimes it's just nice to get things off of your chest.
I don't think it'll ever improve with me. I don't necesairyly have panic attacks, but I do get overwhelmed and tire out more being in large crowds... or a lot of noise for that matter
