==== Personality ====
During her adolescence, Dare's personality was a product of her unusual upbringing. In the
kill-or-be-killed culture in which she was raised, Dare had to constantly fight to survive, resulting in her considerably aggressive nature and willingness to solve problems with force.
For the most part, Dare is a very wild and opinionated girl. Always ready with a witty and biting remark, she is intent on proving herself to anyone who questions her. Dare conceals her defensive nature with an aggressive attitude, exhibiting a wild temperament that is apparent when people argue or
belittle her. She readily involves herself in confrontations with little to no hesitance.

==== Powers and abilities ====
Expert Athlete - She is a peak-athlete, possessing exceptional strength, speed, stamina and agility. She is also a talented acrobat, has been trained in hand-to-hand combat, and has shown to be a fine leader and strategist. She also can use melee weapons very effectively, along with being accurate with all types of guns.

Expert Marksman - Her most famous ability, Dare is able to hurl or fire projectiles with extreme speed and accuracy. She is also able to fire or throw objects against walls or other obstacles, resulting in complicated rebounding situations.

Guns and Ammo - She is also known for her utilization of several "trick darts" that she discharges from two specialized extended clip hand guns which includes;
* Acid Darts.
* Titanium Darts (often combined with Electrical points).
* Blunt Darts.
* Bola Darts.
* Boomerang Darts (allows dart to return to shooter).
* Cable Darts (allowing her to swing through the air).
* Electrical Darts.
* Electromagnetic Pulse Darts.
* Blast (Explosive) Darts.
* Flare Darts.
* Freeze Darts.
* Glue Darts (explodes in a mass of glue).
* Matter Disrupter Darts.
* Magnetic Darts (adheres to metal surfaces; can be added to other darts).
* Magno-Volt Darts.
* Net Darts.
* Putty Darts (adheres to rough surfaces, and can stop exposed machinery).
* Rocket Darts (boosts range, can be added to other darts).
* Rust Darts.
* Smoke Darts.
* Hyper Sonic Darts.
* Suction Cup Darts (adheres to smooth surfaces; can be added to other darts).
* Taser Darts (which he's shown to have used in gas and electrical forms).
* Tear Gas Darts.
* Thermal Darts.
* Vibration Darts.

Shades – The lenses give her the ability to highlight
items and enemies, and can operate in a night vision and a binocular mode. It also offers a baseline map, which indicates the location of nearby threats.

Telepathy - Her telepathy is one of her strongest abilities and allows her a wide variety of abilities including reading minds, communicate by the mind, project her thoughts, creating illusions, locating other sentient beings, mental detection, mental cloak, mental scan, controlling others' minds, manipulate memory, inducing sleep, astral travel, transfer information to people directly, create a brain blast and mental shield.
