The coloring looks good. It's not necessarily what I had in mind when I sketched it, but you've done an excellent job of interpreting the design elements of the outfit with what little there was to go on.
I wonder if - with perhaps a little direction from me - you could make a completely different feeling picture with the same lineart, but a cooler palette.

I did the pic in a "Kill Bill" kind of way, making the angel good but vengeful.
What exactly did you have in mind?
Some Matrix/Blade like?

I'd say Matrix in terms of hyper-realistic feeling, but I dislike the derivative Black/Green color palette that comes with it.
Blade would fall into the same genre, but the imagery has a bit more of a sterile, antiseptic feel. Also, have you seen Constantine? Gabriel's outfit from the final scene springs readily to mind, as does the coloration from the wings. It's also vaguely reminiscent of a Caravaggio painting featuring an angel with gull-like wings.
At any rate, if you'd be interested in changing the coloration to suggest a night-scene over a city among tall skyscrapers, and color the character with cooler hues like white, blue, purple, grey, or black - I would definitely like to see your interpretation of that 
Also, if you want to take a crack at anything else on my DA page, feel free.

Just the day I got your message about Constantine, It came to me in the Mail.
Had to order it on DVD, hasn't been released in Denmark yet.
Didn't think an all white outfit would be right. Here's Ice blue and Gray.
With a night sky to boot.

You did a great job with the coloring here. : ) I'm especially fond of her hair and how the shading on the wings came out. I'd love to see a more dynamic background, though; compared to the coloring on the figure itself, it seems a little flat. Maybe adding in some more, fuller clouds, and mixing up the blue with different tones a little would help out.

As with most my work I can't take credit for the lineart.
Good lineart is half the finished result.
