It's been a long time, but I had the opportunity to revisit my Blood Seras costume from Hellsing at Metrocon this year. I had a wonderful time there seeing old friends and meeting new ones. I was thrilled to be able to meet many of you who follow my Facebook, my Deviantart page, and Ginger's Youtube account! I was floored by how many people came up to Ginger and I to say hi, I truly appreciated seeing and hearing from you guys, you made my weekend!

Since I knew a bit ahead of time that I would be wearing this, I ended up wiring additional LEDs to the arm piece, because what emphasizes the darkness of a shadow better than light?

I am the Seras cosplayer pictured. The costume and arm were made from scratch. The teeth, wig, and belt were bought and the patches were gifts from the wonderful KingRENO . The arm is made of a lycra opera glove base with foam rubber layered on top with LEDs and a detachable wire base for the part of the arm that wraps around and extends above the body.
