During the Stages of Operation Cobalt, Safe Zones were established, These safe zones soon built walls. Walls of Concrete and Barbed Wire. The Major Safe Zone is Las Vegas 51, The other four smaller ones were built around. After 5 years these walls never fell. Then in 2024, The first Safe Zone fell, It was known as Paradise Wall. Soon the other four walls became very guarded, No longer accepting survivors.
