The Sketchy lines somewhat gives the illusion of a Moving Picture, like a Few zigzag lines seen in the top side of a characters head and it quickly indicates that they just notice or find out something, or like a tree with tons of sketches in the leaves which gives the illusion of it being blown by a strong wind from the direction where there's less sketches.
Why not use the idea of "leftover sketch marks" in your Drawing to show some movement?
