Really good! I like the dynamic and romantic pose and the rose motif. I also really like the detail on Utena's prince uniform and Anthy's dress. Beautifully done.
However, Anthy is a little too pale. She looks almost white, when she's a dark-skinned character. I'd suggest darkening her skin in future.
