Description
(Transferred from my previous "KougaWolf" account.)-Purpose of creation: Even though Arceus doesn't exist in
the GBA games, some people may want to make a hack in
which it does. Since the D/P Arceus sprite is too large for
GBA, I made one small enough to fit. If you're using Poke
Pic, override Ampharos with this.
