I don't have a multi-type Badge, but if you're not using the Normal-type Badge, maybe it could work for multi-type?
I drew them in Adobe Illustrator and added the shiny look with a foil sheet for custom cards via Photoshop.

I am interested in getting a some badges (16+) for a automotive dealership client. I am brand new to Pokemon Go and my understanding is that my client can use lures to create traffic to his store and give out badges to visitors. Can you confirm if my thoughts are correct and if so, would the client give one badge to each player that visits?Β If so, we would need hundreds.Β What price are we looking at per hundred and can the badges be customized with his logo or name?

I haven't used PokΓ©mon Go (unfortunately), so I can neither confirm nor deny your belief. In the main games, Badges are only given to those who defeat a Gym Leader in a PokΓ©mon battle.
I don't make physical Badges, just digital images (you'd have to take the file(s) somewhere else to get it/them printed/crafted). If you need 16 different designs, the base price would be $49 (more depending on the difficulty). And yeah, logos/names can be added.
