Perfect! Imagine if Tsunade decided to put Shikamaru in charge of everything in Konoha until the Akatsuki was defeated. He'd have no rest until he got everything done... So, in order to continue to be lazy, he'd make amazing plans quickly and swiftly take down the Akatsuki... Or he'd go join them because they'd let him watch clouds. *shrug*
Sorry for the rant. The idea just struck me, and it came from this comic, straight from the last panel... No clue why.
