If it is the same guy as was on the large double picture in chapter 480, then his hair is blonde ^^ but amazing picture! I really like the Vandenreich and they're going to make epic villains.

To be honest, even if his hair is the wrong colour, I actually think it looks better like this. They are so cool! I love their uniforms! What do you think of Kirge Opie in the latest two chapters?

I liked him too XD Well, I kinda have a soft spot for long haired men to begin with. I wonder what his personality is like....oh well, we'll have to wait and see.

Great pic by the way, although I can't help staring at the boots more than him -idk, I kinda like the design (come to think of it...it looks almost like an inverted version of the arrancars' standard shoes/boots during Aizen's reign) and it seems the most eye-catching and detailed part of the overall piece X'D
