You may have seen my character Gavin/GVN-13, and this time, he has allies. These are character designs for a something I call Mech X Monster. Each robot’s design is based on a famous robot or mecha.1. Gavin (GVN-13)-modeled on RX-78-2 Gundam
2. Scruffie-Gavin’s kaiju best friend and the one monster that’s always on the good side. He is a member of the Leviathans, the legendary guards of Atlantis. Modeled on Guilmon from Digimon and Godzilla.
3. Tony (Taurus-T084)-an easily irritable model named after his design resembling a minotaur. Modeled on Mazinger Z
4. Bree (B-9.3E) -a female (Yes, Bree is a girl.) mecha who has a “genki girl” personality. Modeled on Getter Robo. (Note: She was originally named “Hokshi”, but after a google search I decided it wasn’t good)
5. Geoff (G-3044)-Gavin’s “old guy” mentor modeled on Tetsujin-28 (or Gigantor, for us ‘Mercians)
The Combros: 3 robot brothers who can merge into Combroking-a powerful super robot. They’re all modeled on famous combining robots-
• Keanu (K3-N4)-modeled on the MMPR megazord/Daizujin
• Shane (548-4E)-modeled on Lion Voltron/Golion
• Volt (VO-17)-modeled on Devastator
