The sky and the exposure give this a nice mood, however, I think there's a lot of room for improvement composition-wise.
There's plenty of unneeded stuff and space on the left, and barely any empty space on the right. I'd move the camera to the right and lower the angle to improve the aforementioned points, and to get rid of the horizon that cuts through the trees and that big stone. Doing this would also wipe out some of the beach in the foreground, further adding to the simplicity that is the major power in this photo.
