[Comments now disabled.]Random idea that I thought would look cool. :] If I made the image so that you could see the details, it would have been huuuge, so sorry about the cramped size!
Although the coloring looks incomplete, this look was my intention (well, it could've been better, but anyways...). So no, it's not that I forgot to shade half the picture. XDD

This reminds me of one of :devblueblur8: devs~ I like how it seems like a deck of cards, like the kings and queens. I like how you shaded it with a dark red, it gives a nice touch to the unshaded colors. The poses are great too~ I especially like Sonic's, the way you drew his hand...it's like he's shielding his eyes from the light or saluting someone Cx Shadow's is kinda like hm...how should I say it, a pretty boy's sort of pose? xDDD"

This picture took about 4 hours. On average, most of my pictures take about 4-5 hours. Yes, it's a real strain to my eyes staring at the computer that long, but it's very much worth it, I think. XD
