Griffus is a man equal parts charismatic and dominating. As the leader of a criminal organisation, he has a restless demand for control and needs to know absolutely everything that goes on in and around his gang. That is why he despises the mysterious and secretive that can evade even his master skills of perception, and not knowing what someone is thinking can drive him insane. Truthfully, Griffus wishes everything could be sorted out diplomatically, so he'll typically start by trying to befriend whoever he's talking to. He can sometimes come across as gentle and fatherly whenever he does so, even being able to crack a joke here and there. Some people just regard this tactic as lowering their guard so that persuasion becomes easier, for even when trying to create a relaxed atmosphere, Griffus will still come across as the more dominating one in the room. Those that notice this and resist his friendly advances will invoke his terrifying ruthlessness - threats of blackmail and physical violence are his more common responses. Over time Griffus has grown dull to how cold-blooded he can be at times, even though he really hates when situations turn south and he has to resort to drastic methods, but that's just what being a mob boss calls for, and he has no choice but to do what's necessary for the job.
