Description
Lately, my mind seems to be caught in a dark place. I try hard to crawl out, but it catches me every night I try to sleep. Overthinking much, I find myself trying to comfort me, trying to find nice words for my inner child, just to right after, tell me all the bad things I do not like about me, or how much of a failure I am.
I try to not give up, but some days are just harder.
I do not want to rant or so about it, I just need to have it written down somewhere
