Anything short of the Hulk or Sentry is unacceptable and even then, Ironman has access to everything he needs to deal with Big Green, S.H.E.I.L.D files should superhumans go rogue, Hulkbuster suit, Satellites, Nanotechnology. I believe Stark is smart enough to handle Sentry psychologically, so who knows.

Hit him with so much power he doesn't get time to heal! I have read in a bio book about him in 1 timeline, the Xmen do an all out attack on the HQ of the Sentinels, which had taken over that world. During the attack a souped up Sentinel blasted Wolverine, frying him so bad nothing but the skeleton was left. Not entirely happy with that, he always was 1 of my favorites, but he isn't invincible, just takes a hell of a beating...
Random thought, he might not be dead, just lost an arm. Might take a while to grow a new one though...

wow the colors and amount of detail is amazing. I see Captain America's shield, I hope that isn't his arm there in the bottom left. Also that thing on the left just above the hand seems like a plane but feels too small for that. i was unsure what it was supposed to be. Really well done.
