No, no... in the HP books and film this guy doesn't appear. We use it only in the fandom. There few Slytherin that Row describes... and two are fatty and ugly XD

Nyahaha~ but i remember him from novel, just a bypass mentioning but..maybe i'm wrong, since my mind is such a mess, difficult to remember somethings (most are important) right but can recall another things most people miss in detail.. =_=
