Drizzt surrounded by several enemys,another dangerous threat.LOL In this pic i wanted to show some other characters like the huge orc (my favorite) a wicht,and soldiers...and yes Guenhwyvar and Wulfgar ,but i have massive problems with my Screen. I have to change the Hardware...
PS:I will do from some closeups of several characters like the Orc or the Wicht or Wulfgar. Concerning the armor from Drizzt,I took some time to think, about the shape, functionality and when you watch all the buckles and follow the form you will see that the Armor works.Hope you like it...

I always use Corel Painter and Photoshop ,and it takes me good two weeks for this kind of detail...

I use both on the same piece,but Photoshop is only for similar adjustments.For me is Painter the best option for a real painting feeling.
Yes u are right, a lot of people ask for it,i think now i do not have another choice and have to make one more piece with those characters .If you can wait a little bit...

I use Photoshop 7 and Painter X but i think to practice are Painter 6-8 good enough...when i remember i started with Dabbler 10 years ago

I think this is by far the best drawing of Drizzt i've seen, by far! I don't know it's any of the scenes from the books, i read them a while ago, and that's the only thing i'd like to see. I love seeing Your point of view on how the characters look like. And the armor works! I LOVE IT!

You sure give Drizzt the respect he's due. Though he doesn't have the green cloak he wears on the book art, I think the black makes him look far scarier. They should make you the cover artist for Drizzt, your pieces are amazing!

Every Illustrator have her own design,well the green cloak (or Cape) is from Lookwods Dress Design or Brom paint his one Lavender,that dark brown is my

Perfect. There's tension and chaos swirling all about him, but Drizzt has a cool head. You can see it. And it's so in character for him, too. btw - his armor is gorgeous. That orc's face has AMAZING detail. It's so realistic, I feel like I could touch it. And I like the position you put Wulfgar in. Very very barbaric, and even animalistic, which is also perfect for his character. And I'm a fan of how you draw human anatomy. I dig the musculature.
You must do this for a living, right? If you don't, you could you know!

I really liked your previous piece, but this one just captivates me. The detail and the shading are exquisite, and the whole just so nicely balanced when viewing.
While not degrading the previous piece by any means, this one, to me anyway, really has more depth in it. Especially Drizzt, the way you portrayed him in this one really captures what one feels when reading the books.
