My only critique (besides this being stunning and gorgeous) is that you made her look more vibrant and radiant as opposed to how tired and uninterested she looks in the initial portrait/photo.

This is most incredible. Unbelievably lovely. The brushstrokes are the only thing that gives away that this is painted. The entire image is so gorgeous, it has a photographic feel to it. What you've accomplished with her face leaves me inspired and amazed.
