This episode was INTENSE!!! I was waiting to see what epilogue would come this time, and I was not disappointed in the least.
Very nice take on the Cosmic Owl's feelings. In the end Prismo's sacrifice really wasn't worth it, was it? Damn you, Martin...
I theorize that the little flower is going to eventually grow into a new plant-arm. Also, I assume the third panel is a flashback to PB's "experiment"? The crazy/determined look on her face ties in well with your general portrayal of her. Science before all else.
Please don't let this be true.

Someone actually brought up a really good point on the tumblr asks.
The Comsic Owl can forsee someone's death (but presumably is not allowed to interfere). After the party, he kept trying to get Prismo to play a couple more games. Might've been because he knew once he left, it meant his buddy was gonna bite the big one.
Even if he can be a bit of a jerk at times, it kinda makes you feel for the guy, huh?

Whoah dude. If Prismo is the Old man's dream and the Cosmic owl appears to people in dreams to warn them of death, then it makes sense the two were close. Prismo's the Mighty's entire existence was just a prophetic dream, warning him of his imminent demise as soon as he wakes up, or the cosmic owl created Prismo the Mighty so by putting the guy in endless sleep so that he would never have to die!

What I don't quite get was the PB panels, Why did she try to attack Finn? Was to see the flower's reaction?

I have a strong feeling Finn's flower being a future weapon for defense. And PB definitely wanting to see what happened with him.
We'll probably see something about Finn's mother near the end of season 6. (although I'm personally holding out that Susan is Finn's mother)

Jeez, this is a bummer. I was not expecting Prismo the all-powerful to bite the big one. I mean, from a story point I see why as the guy was literally a dues ex machina. But with one life lost, one is born. Lich-Baby is so adorable I can't wait to see how he'll turn out under Tree Trunks and Mr. Pig's care.
I don't see how the quote here is relevant. I guess I see the Cosmic Owl as lying by hiding Prismo's death from him. It explains why he wanted to spend more time with Prismo even after the party ended. That really gives the poor lug some pathos. Mad feels man, good job.
I can't to see how things will shake up in 'The Tower' with Finn meeting up with evil Martin and the other cosmic criminals. Things are heading for a climax if this is the last season of Adventure Time (but I hope not). So all in all, a great comic. As usual.
I love PB's psycho grin. She and Finn now have matching scars!
