I'M BEAT
This took so long..>_> First the hair..yeah I dont know either..and then the nose...
and then her arm? the tutorial video was too hard..I was thinking, since when do I have serious problems with anatomy? 
I just didnt know where to place the arm, so I thought HEY THIS IS DEVIANTART RIGHT? 
and nobody...not even 1 soul in this comunity, does sideview deviation 
..why not?(okay, I'm exaggerating..but...I can complain right?
)anyway..Just did something which I thought was nice..And also, people should make anime-hair-side-profile-tutorials..cause hello?..HOW IN THE WORLD? aaanyway
Im just a bit I dunno..and also, I seriously need to get myself an extern hard drive..>_> I had to clean up my c drive threeee times, to actually finish this thing

Its actually a cloud brush
it wasnt supposed to be like hair, nor clouds

well for this one, I used Mark Criley anime side view head tutorial, for the head
I came up with the hair myself and the rest of the body 
For all others (except for "I gave up dreaming" [link] and Untouched [link] and CHU CHU [link] , and other pencil drawings not portraits 
I use face reference (shape and like 3/4 view and stuff) , and hair reference

I just use(d) (for this one) normal copy paper (you really dont want to see how the paper looks like right now, wrinkled and stuff xD), I scan the drawing in. Oh I first sketch-draw, with a HB pencil, then go over it with a 2B or a 4B too make th elines more visible
Then I head over to photoshop 
Theres a little coloring too, but its not that visible

basically yes, others with the visible blacl ines are inked first . takes up a lot of time.
Photoshop is the best there is.
