PSP isn't all that hard to use. To me it's probably one of the easier programs to use. But it also depends on what you want to make too. But I'm glad that you like them and are using them.

Yeah you can, through the resource manager by clicking on your brush tool and then going into to pick a brush. Next to the All Catagory there's a button called Resource Manager. You click on that and you can go through your brushes that you wish to delete.
