A world map of my fantasy world: Losm.

The 2x2 red dots represent the capitals of the major regions of Losm and the 1x1 red dots represent the capitals of the lesser regions.

Kanfli is the home of the Undead. It is known as the Land of Ice and Fire.

Monscima is the home of the Dwarves and the Gnomes. It is known as the Big Rock.

The North is a barren slab of ice with nothing on it save for a few prospecting dwarves. It's known as the Deadlands.

Astheria is the mysterious homeland of the Elves. It's known to the other races as the SingSong Islands.

Wilder is a recently discovered continent (except for the elves). The elves used a small island in its south-eastern corner as a sort of "spiritual journey" area.

And finally, the Losm Islands; Hoenn, Duux and Troys. Home of the Humans. Hoenn specifically is a sort cultural melting pot and centre of affairs in Losm.
