The actual pick-ups for the abilities.
Violet energy - dash. Works as an attack and as a means of getting through tight spaces.
Green energy - double jump, glide. Used to get to higher places.
Orange energy - super strength/headbutt. Used to break or pick up rocks; also works as an attack.
Cyan energy - super speed. Used to get around faster, to beat time trials or escape crumbling caverns and such.
Deep blue energy - hover. It's basically water walking.
