Elder Infested is the final planet in the Infestation planetary star system as it's not a natural made planet in general cause it is a dwarf planet sure, but it's actually a artificial planet that all the Infestians of the Infestation system made themselves. This planet is not technically a homeworld for the Elder (Chief or Leader) ranked (highest) Infestians. This planet serves as a place for all of the elders of every Infestian species to hold meetings & discuss about anything.
