The Infestitrix form of the Zerg as the base form is a Zergling, but the user can change it to all the other Zerg variants such as Ultralisk, Mutalisk, Hydralisk, & many many more with their specialties. Spike is the name of the form it also has the evolvution strain variants as the hero versions or conditions for augmentation evolutions such as the Zergling's Devouring Ones to Raptor & Swarmling Strains as examples for Ultimates maybe.
