Netune is the ruler/dictator of a place called The Master Layer. The Master Layer was a beautiful green lush place. But when King Netune arrived on the The Master Layer, he purged the Master Layer and made it into a hostel place. The Master Layer is now just a waste land filled with small white master crystals, a grayish white sky, and mutated the creatures that lived in the layers environment.
