THE PICTURE: Another interesting texture. I think it would work well as a backdrop to some pixellated cartoon, for example, as scenery or whatnot.

BACKGROUND: Part of my collection of visual patterns that was inspired by observing how programming in Java will slow down your system to a snails pace and cause Windows to stop refreshing inside a Window and dragging it around will causing streaking from the background. After that, I wrote a tool, which allowed me to use this effect in interesting ways. Most of you will be familiar with this phenomenon.
